Very professional and helpful. I lost my key at night and i was locked out. Next day I had to travel in the morning. Searched google for key makers and decided to call R. k Key makers out of many and I was right. He came at that time, after 10pm and tried to help, opened one lock, there were two locks. Since it was midnight and didn't want to disturb neighbours, he came back and opened the door next day early morning and fixed a new lock within half an hour. Thank you for your timely help. ~ A T
Very prompt service. I was stuck with my lock and the person came right away in 15 minutes after the call. The locksmith is very soft spoken, very professional, reasonable and also takes care of proper sanitisation rules of COVID (came with mask and used sanitizer when he entered in the house). Due to covid, he tried to make the lock away at his shop which is another good thing due to COVID times. This shop is much better than other companies (including urban clap) as other companies take benefit of lockdown and make unreasonable demands for key making. The locksmith is very professional. ~ Anuj C
They are based in HSR layout near BDA complex . There was emergency where I lost keys and found RK key makers through online google. Once told about the keys got lost, they reached the door step at the earliest which was really quick. Also, since it was an emergency and key was required , the executive really helped.
